YKZ is located in a 2000 square meters-building, with the structure of:

• » Sewing workshop with complete electronic machinery, from coverstitch sewing machines to buttonholing and button attaching machines; » Cutting system, size increasing, modeling and fitting made by computer, digitalizing table and plotter; » 40 meters of cutting tables with several high-production machines; » Graphic station by computer, to prepare the embroidering and silkscreen drawings; » Lab with light table to develop the silkscreen matrix screens; » Its own print station with 50 meters-table equipped with all machines required, greenhouse and thermal presses to apply transfers; » Computer controlled automatic embroidering machinery (outsourced).
